How to wash long hair

Longhair wash/shampoo tips Dos and Donts

1. I recommend hair wash twice a week.
2. Before bath gently apply some oil and massage with comb and remove all tangles.
3. Don’t ever rush to remove tangles you may end up in splits
4. Use a good quality shampoo always
5. Don’t apply shampoo directly to your hair, Try to dilute it and apply slowly in your hair
6. Don’t rub your hair too much while applying shampoo
7. Gently rinse the wet hair in shower and make sure that no shampoo is left in hair
8. Use a gentle towel to dry it.
9. Gently wipe your hair from top to bottom. Don’t wipe cross wise as it causes static electricity and makes your hair tangled.
10. Twist the  towel around your hair and make as a bun for atlest 20 minutes.
11. Towel absorbs most of water considerably.
12. Now your hair contains little amount of static electricity so it gets tangled easily.
13. To avoid that you have to twist your towel as a rope; you have to bend down with all your hair falling in front of you without tangles.
14. Now strike your hair quickly with towel to shed out water and static electricity.
15. Repeat this till 15 to 20 strokes. Many of Indian ladies do this procedure. Pls check the below vide. This lady strokes very hard but i recommend you to stroke gently.
    
16. Now leave your hair open till it dries naturally.
17. DON’T EVER USE HAIR DRIERS. IT SPOILS YOURHAIR’S NATURAL SHINE.
18. After your hair dries out completely comb it.

Longhair Care Routine

1. I recommend you to take hair wash twice every week.
2. If summer season your hair is spoiled by sweat.
3. Dont Comb your hair more than twice a day it weakens the scalp
4. Use good oil and give your hair a moisture at least twice a week.
5. Don’t often expose your hair in hot sun it affects scalp.
6. Good diet is important to avoid hair loss.
7. Often eat greens and good fruits and vegetables
8. Use combs with wide tooth to remove tangles.
9. Remove the tangles slowly. Don’t  hasten and expand your hair which breaks it.
10. If  you get split ends be cautious and immediately cut about 1 CM to avoid expanding of split ends.
